On the morning of September 22, the College Party Committee held a summary meeting on the in-depth study and education regarding the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulations in Room 202, Shixue Building. College Party Secretary Zhang Yan presided over the meeting. Dean Deng Shejun and College Deputy Party Secretary Xu Ting respectively conveyed the relevant spirits of the "Central Party Building Work Leading Group Held a Meeting" and the "Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Work Leading Group Meeting".

Zhang Yan delivered a summary report on the College Party Committee's in-depth study and education regarding the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulations, covering three main aspects: primary methods, outcomes and experiences, existing problems and shortcomings, and plans for the next steps. He emphasized that the Central Eight-Point Regulations are an iron discipline and rigid constraint that are effective over the long term. The College Party Committee must exert continuous effort and work persistently to constantly enhance the ideological and action-oriented consciousness in implementing the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulations. Efforts will focus on: deepening the theoretical foundation continuously to reach new heights in theoretical armament; improving systems and mechanisms continuously to build a new pattern of常态化长效化 (normalization and long-term effectiveness); exerting continuous effort on rectification and improvement to strengthen and consolidate new achievements, promoting sustained and effective results in the study and education with a spirit of self-revolution.

The meeting dedicated time to studying and discussing the "Work Guidelines for College Leadership Members to Deepen Ties with the Grassroots and Connect with Teachers and Students" and the "College Meeting and Activity Optimization and Adjustment Plan," aiming to consolidate and expand the outcomes of the study and education through concrete actions that advance work style construction.
